PCS 60 and PCS 50 Running under Windows and Mac OS X (PCS 60), or Linux (PCS 50) these personal productivity applications can be run as either an IP Softphone or Phone Partner. By connecting the PC to a maximiser Call Server, either directly, or via the LAN network, the PCS 60 or PCS 50 application can "partner" the PCS 520, PCS 10 or PCS 5 or an analogue phone connected to a maximiser Phone Module. Phone calls can then be placed as normal from the telephone keypad, or made via the PCS 60 or PCS 50. Access to Web enabled applications, Intranet based information, IP Video/Web Cam images, speed dials/busy lamp field/direct station select, directory access, messaging and call progress are then all provided in a similar manner to the PCS 410. PCS 60 and PCS 50 can also be used to partner the PCS 570, PCS 560 or PCS 100 IP phones. The PCS 60 and PCS 50 application can also be used in conjunction with a USB or Bluetooth headset or telephone to provide a fully featured IP Softphone solution. PCS Operators Console

SpliceCom’s PCS Operators Console has been specifically designed to elevate business productivity and enhance the overall company image at the main point of customer contact by delivering an improved operator service. By combining all aspects of the PCS application together within a single window and expanding its capability, SpliceCom’s PCS Operators Console has been specifically developed to partner PCS 560, PCS 570, PCS 410, PCS 100, PCS 520, PCS 10, PCS 5 or existing analogue phones. The PCS Operators Console can be deployed in single screen or dual screen modes, runs under the Microsoft Windows and Apple Mac OS X operating system and can be alternatively used with a USB/Bluetooth, handset/headset as an IP Softphone. SpliceLog Pro is a 100% web based application with all statistics and reports being viewed and run from a standard web browser. 14 standard Management Reports are provided plus an additional fully customisable report that allows Administrators to select their own criteria to produce a more bespoke output. SpliceLog Pro allows Call Recordings made on maximiser - either automatically or manually – to be exported, searched/managed and played-back. Details of the Call Recording – including the ability to “click & play” - are included with the full call logging record of each call.
